Welcome - we think you'll like what we're up to.
You've probably tried yoga. But has it ever actually changed something: not just how your body feels, but how you move through your day, how you handle pressure, how you feel in your own skin?
Most people who practice yoga regularly sense there's more to it than what they've been getting. More depth. More stillness. Something that actually shifts things internally, not just physically. That's exactly what this workshop explores.
On the 5th of July in Cologne, Sanjeev Bhanot - yoga therapist, mentor, and teacher with over 30 years of experience - invites you into a different kind of practice. One that's less about getting the posture right and more about what happens when you actually pay attention. You'll explore hands-on assists not as corrections, but as a way of helping someone feel safer, more grounded, more present in their own body.
It's practical, experiential, and immediately useful. Whether you're deepening your own practice, refining your teaching, or simply curious about what yoga can really offer.
No flexibility required. No teaching experience needed. Just openness.
And if you leave wondering whether the full 200-hour teacher training might be for you — we'll have answers for that too. The workshop fee is fully credited toward tuition if you decide to continue.
